Residential Estimates
$45.00*
Let’s be honest. Today, everyone’s time is precious and has an associated cost. The average basic residential estimate can normally be completed within 30 minutes. Factoring in drive time, to and from our office to your location, it translates into 90 minutes of our time. If the estimate is accepted, the estimate fee is waived.
We strive to provide as accurate an estimate, both in materials and time, to successfully complete your job. Any changes in material costs, time or changes to the job, from the estimate, will be approved prior to the start of the job.
With today’s economy, we are all aware how prices on materials can change rapidly up or down. All estimates will only be valid for 30 days.
Once an estimate is approved for work, no additional changes (add-ons after the fact), from the party requesting the estimate will be accepted and would result in a new estimate for the additional changes.
*If we show up at your location at the date/time agreed and there is no one available, you will be charged the $45.00 scheduling fee unless you contact us (852) 302-9753, at least 3 hours prior to the appointment. We will waive the full estimate fee, if an estimate is approved.
Commercial Estimates
$150.00 per hour, 3 hour minimum*
There is no such thing as an “average” commercial estimate. With the complexity of understanding what is necessary to estimate a commercial property’s needs, time spent could be a short a 3 hours, up to many days. Our commercial estimate rate is $150.00 per 3 hours.

We will waive a portion of the estimate fee, if an estimate is approved.
